The next to last bottle of several cases purchased from Kermit in the early 90's (ah.... the 90's). what a great experience to have all of them over 20 or so years, this wine is still fantastic! I don't think it will ever give up.... That being said, I had many corked bottles in that cache. still, it's been an education.... first rate! La Tourtine

Full of blood and iron. Fruit was shy, but the whole package was perfectly made to go with lamb leg and olive tapenade. Touch of Brett, but it was just right with the gaminess of the meat. From magnum. Thanks @Max Kogod!
