Such a baby but still so yummy

Paired perfectly with grilled prawns with chorizo, echalotte and aioli! Great white!

Aromas of white flowers and lemon balm. Just round enough (sharper than you’d expect) with a drop of oil on spiced baked citrus.

Lovely nose, some herbs and spices. Paired very well with the Spicy Thai fish soup with clams and mushrooms.

First hang with the blanc. Melon fruit on nose but a crisp texture keeps things lively and interesting. Paired well with crudi and branzino.
