This has a bit more teeth. Darker, bolder red berries, light caramel, butterscotch notes, tree sap, twig, florals for days, what balance, length and elegant finish. Definitely my wheelhouse. Red burgundy candy in a good way. Great now but meant for the cellar. 8-10 yrs.

A surprise vintage coming off the stellar and 2005 vintage. Black cherry and accents of baking spice fill the nose. Acid still needs a little time to come down, yet it gave it the nervy side. Fine tannins, long spiced finish.

The nose is dominated by cinnamon, cloves. Charcoal and nutmeg shine through, along with bing cherries. Classic burg packaging and finish.
