Poor man’s Raveneau...which is no faint praise. All Servin’s ‘17s are beyond great.

Ultra dense and brawny, overflowing with dry extract and offering fennel aromas over powdery chalk and a tiny bit of honey on the midpalate. Just a bit hot on the finish. You could've convinced me this was like 09 montee de tonnere.

Thought this was really clean.

Orange and tropical fruits on the nose. Light and crisp. Tropical fruit, especially pineapple dominates. Decent acidity and minerality.

This dense, vibrant wine from old vines is a knockout in the superb 2014 vintage. Orange blossom and crushed stone scents lead to a concentrated, youthfully firm palate boasting terrific lift to its citrus and saline chalky flavors. The long, mineral finish ensures good aging potential. (ST)

Very nice - 2013 tasted 9/20/15. Creamy, lemony with salt - plus a honey finish. Fabulous with roasted chicken.

Legitimately tasted like seawater (!!!!)
