The 2016 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru is tasted on two occasions, the first time blind the wine feels a little cheesy on the nose. The second time it is better with fresh malic fruit, flinty and smoky in style. The oak is nicely integrated with impressive weight, very harmonious with a precise finish. Classy.
