Fat but charming. That's what a good Meursault should taste like. Heavy on oak but with all the finesse retained. Full body yet has beautiful mellow acidity to balance the flavour with. The creamy texture as well as the intense #buttery and tropical fruit notes are to die for. It's good with meal but even better when drinking on its own.

Mar 23rd, 2016Not for before diner (aperitif) but rather for main course. It is a buttery (gras) type of wine. Great with sole meuniere (butter) or even foie gras as it is rather powerful. 2010 is perfect
