Light and fresh. Apple with some lime cordial and a bit of flintiness. Falls away at the end and lacks some crispness.

Fresh wine with a nice lychee taste, worked well wth a vegetarian starter and a salmon Asian fusion inspired dish .

Delicious! Lip smacking good. Definitely taste lychee. Acidity is well balanced.
