Love this producer. This Macon is showing a more savory side than the Pouilly wines of the same vintage. Open knit and easy going, this caresses the palate with notes of yellow apples and herbs, with marzipan and a slate-y oyster shell minerality on the finish. Fairly rich and broad. Open for business and drinking very well. Very tasty stuff.
