Nose is oily with some yellow fruits, exotic perfume, gras, wet hay, some herbs and also plantains. Really nice. Palate is like icing on a cake with bitter citrus fruits and comes across like a wine ESB if possible. Painfully mineral but also backed up by acid. Great finesse, length and structure: A great wine that will only open more. Really long. Got so round with air and has super balance. Awesome.
