Chambord poured over crushed strawberries, hot stones, and garrigue. Under pinnings of animal and leather. Very tight, and wound, but that all works out with its fresh character and strong mineral backbone. Raw and angry, just perfect for young Gigondas

Dried strawberry, yet still rich. Hint of garrigue. Light tannins. Not a a legend by any means. But very enjoyable.

Smells like Notes of dried cranberry & violet, tastes leathered and smooth not overzealous or tannic. It pairs well with any meat and poultry w a red sauce specifically enjoy!
