On the palate flavors of cherry, red plums and blueberry with notes of black pepper, floral and spice. Fine chewy tannins, long savory finish, ending with fruit, herbs, spice and slight earthy notes. Organic, drinking well, will cellar a bit!

Decanted and aerated. Not much bouquet but some spicy berries. Delicate mild dark berry middle and then finishes with that long old world earthiness. Dry dry finish. Perfect with apple topped pork.
