Some good wine after a brutal day tilling the whole yard and laying soil to replant the grass. Ow.
These wines always seem clean to me. I don't know how to describe it beyond something like freshly laundered linen. Add in some tangy black fruit, funky meat, subtle black olive, and mmmmm. Really young obviously though, so it needs a decant and some time to open up a bit.
