Lemon, lime, apple, strong tropical fruits. Lots of lees contact as it's thick and creamy in the mouth. High acid and feels a little hot but only 12.5%.

A bit tight, but aromatics emerge with around 45 minutes of air. Herb infused crisp citrus aromatics which take on a more round and supple note on the palate. Don’t get me wrong, this is still precise and tense with acidity with a clean tarragon/lime infused finish. Happy Saturday, stay healthy out there.
