Superb. Really good chard. Brings loads and loads of funk. Polished, great acid, viscous, but not cloying. The nose is very peculiar.

Lovely crisp with hints of citrus fruits. Had this with Parma ham, cheese, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and bread. Warsaw wine bar.
