Clos Pitois in Chassagne is about 100 meters from Clos des Gravieres in Santenay. This wine was richer and rounder than the 2013 Hubert Lamy Santenay. Not as minerally, but equally good.

I’m totally in love with Morgeot Rouge. Clos Pitois which is a small part of it and monopole was rustic but delicious.

Mellowed fruit with subtle oak which balances well. A gift from Kirt. Paired perfect with veal chop for me and strip for my bride.
