Toasty charcoal nose, black cherry fruit, tobacco and cedar. Great mid burg Pinot.

A very acidic Pinot. Hit in the face with cherry and raspberry aromas. These continue on the palate coupled with oregano and licorice overtones. A hint of vanilla dances with the oregano on the finish. Enjoyed tasting with duck liver pate and gluten free crackers. Tried cornichons as well but that was an odd pairing.
