ロベールシルグ氏作り手ブルゴーニュピノ・ノワール
軽やかな木いちごやストロベリーの香り。湿った香りもあり、好き嫌いが分かれそう。
カマンベールチーズとはあんまり合わなかったけど、意外にオレンジチョコのお菓子が合ってビックリ‼︎
余韻はけっこう長くて、湿った感じがもう少し残らないとよりベターかな☻
