Been exploring a lot of younger Domaine Chevillon over this last year. But didn't write any notes. Doing that now. The 2017 Roncières is reliably wonderful. Bright florals, red fruit and delicate spice bouquet. Medium bodied, ample but focused fruit, with some acidity on the palate. Some might react that the fruit profile is a bit straightforward, but I think this lends this wine a lovely sort of simplicity and character on the palate is derived from fine grained tannins. Gently acidic and refined finish.
