Incredible vintage for Lachaux. With even more clarity and definition than the ripe 2018 rendition, 2019 Les Proces is gorgeous tonight, explosively aromatic, and showing incredible purity, elegance and finesse. The palate is pure silk, with minerality and verve and serious depth for a village wine. Magical things happening at this Domaine. Bravo Charles Lachaux.

Compared with 2015, color is relatively light, pale wine red. Taste as well, strawberry rich. Forest flavor. f2017 @500, domaine, 201002

Fruity, so smooth. Then enough tanning can be felt. @600/g, Domaine, 190827

Some balanced fruit with this 100% Pinot Noir from one of my favorite appellations in Burgundy. Not grand and that lasting, especially for the above average spend I would pay for a non cru @ €24 a pop.

Fruit forward and lush, like other 02s I have had, but showed better than my first bottle.
