Wednesday Wine Committee. As always, wines are tasted blind. 1 sparkler, 2 whites, 4 reds, 1 dessert.

@Delectable Wine : This is the Strangenberg Pinot. The best Alsatian Pinot I’ve had to date. Greet balance of herbs and fruit. Wanted to go burgundy, but settled on Oregon as a hybrid. Started at with a Beaujolais style, but it evolved. Got the varietal correct at least!
