Gorgeous, fresh Gewurtz showing citrus (candied lemon, lemon curd), apricot, lychee, pomelo, and jasmine blossoms. Great minerality, with a bit of acidity to balance it all out. Significant alcohol (13.5) to give the body to match the lingering residual sugar.

Wine for starter of last nights dinner party.. Took a chance with French onion soup as we didn't have any fino. Went well; our Friend Rémy GRESSER would probably have a duck fit. If he knew his wine was used with onion soup! This is Gewürztraminer though not what the app comes up with first!!!!! Had to correct manually.
