Saumon reflet légèrement orange.
Nez explosif mais frais notes iodées, cranberries puis deuxième nez pêche jaune mur noyeau de brugnon.
Palais attaque riche et puissant saveur et texture épicé et richesse probablement aussi due à l’alcool.
Plaisant en milieu équilibré et légère amertume apporte fraîcheur et rend le vin très digeste final épicée et fraîche.
très belle accord poulet mariné sauce soja miel ail carrot et poivre rôti, patate douce rôties, aubergine teriyaki.
Joli accord fromage: brie, parmesan, gorgonzola dolce.
