Second visit exactly one year later and it is still excellent and needs a few more years to reach its peak, the wine has a deep Ruby color a lovely aroma of violets, cranberry, red current, wet forest floor and a touch of animality, full body with great acidity and lovely firm tannins, the fish is elegant and after one day starts to open up and show its potential. A lovely burgundy, my score 90 , drink to 2023 perhaps longer.
