A good bottle seems to be Evolving pretty quick based on the last time I tried it a year ago . If this bottle is any indication drink the wine up soon .

Elegant and long , and very mineral driven . Tons of dry extract , and saline feels like you are rolling rocks around in your mouth . Grand cru quality !

The 2007 ramonet'$ are just delicious... salinity, acidity and balance all delicious... out of a mag

Fresh and vibrant, leaner citrus notes and crushed stones. Long, energetic finish.
