2005 Domain Romanet Chassagne-Montrachet "Morgeot" 1er Cru. Decant and wait two hours for it to even start to open. Fresh acidity, light bodied, red fruit driven with a slight yet pleasant astringency, smooth light tannins. Very pretty wine. The 2005s are showing well.
