Domaine Prieur-Brunet
Cuvée Saint-Jean de Naross Bourgogne Pinot Noir
Another pleasant surprise of a “simple” Burg that with some age is just a drinking pleasure with some beef roast. No need to ponder deeply, just a straight ahead vino.

Dec 1st, 2015So far the nose shows cherries and strawberry. The color is a soft ruby, deeper than some pinots. The flavours are tart with the cherry and strawberries balanced by a rather sharp acidity. The finish is medium to long and quite soft. I'm enjoying this wine.
