Palate is complex, concentrated and superbly mineral. This has ridiculous flavor authority and a peep intense structure that glides along the palate with its beautiful meandering elegance that meanders even more on the long finish. Incredible inner mouth florals, apples and spice with no hard edges. Amazing density and freshness and again, no hard edges. Big dry extract which makes this almost solid in your mouth, then it freshens up like nothing else. So pure, so clean and of course young. A beauty that is young but oh so promising. Incredible for its sheer cleanliness, weightlessness and sheer beauty.
