Sour on the nose with honey, lemons, green apples, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Full bodied and cloying.
Sweet and sour on the palate, like the Chinese dish, with apples, vinegar, limes, citrus and honey.
High alcohol at the back of the throat.
Long finish with sour notes.
This is definitely a unique, sweet, Canadian dessert wine, yet unbalanced. Cider, was never my thing, so this is not a surprise that it is not my taste.
12% alcohol by volume.

Bon cidre de glace, plus en dessert selon moi. Trop sucré si on en prend trop mais un verre est parfait !

Almost like pure apple juice. Very aromatic on the nose.
