Delicious with great aromas. Acidic. Thin. But very tasty with a nice finish. Opened up even more the 2nd day. Great with sharp cheeses and bread. 20-25 at WH. Would definitely get again.

rating this again cause it’s so good. had it with some spicy shallot pasta and it pair so nicely, highlighting a dusty smokiness alongside the red fruit and berries. a little grippiness from some tannins balances the juiciness.
