Rich & spicy yet with nice freshness.
Exotic fruit on the nose, pineapple, star fruit, with quite pronounced oak - salty caramel, toffee. Plus a nic pinching exotic spice. Quite big & broad, with spicy power and also some depth.
On the palate this is young, still quite dominated by the oak, with a creamy mouthfeel and sweet fruit. But there’s also depth here and nice energy. Juicy acidity balances the richness.
Right now this is a tad too oaky and too big for me (after 1h decant), but maybe I opened this too young.
