Cranberry, vinyl, asphalt-like earth have an almost heavily-etched, sappy midpalate heft but a bright 2010 acid core and ohohoo get over here now darling we have work to do. What a wine! Imma drink a case of this quick.

Amiot burgundies are elegant and this one fits the bill. Drink cool. Cherry notes - bitter in a good way tannic, earl grey tea, chalky? Great stance oak well managed drinks like a premier cru. Much better then the 2011 I just checked my notes. If you have this one in your cellar consider yourself lucky but drink it now it is delicious. 🍷.

Cherry Nose. Light color. The Amiot wines in Jason's portfolio tend to be more elegant. I am assuming no or little stems in this one. Very slight green undertone upon opening. Seems closed to me. Burgundy in its mid life crisis? MUST be decanted for at least 30 min. A tinge of port. Dark forest floor berries - Graphite. Tart this needs at least 3 more years!
