Jan 2nd, 2019Interesting and unusual. Mouthfeel of a Pinot noir or maybe even saumur but bold and tannic like a bigger wine. Tart black raspberry, red cherries, nutmeg/cinnamon, and white pepper with solid but not overbearing acidity. Really well-balanced—good stuff!
