2013 is lithe and racy, and makes me glad people forget about Menetou-Salon, because a bottle of similar quality Sancerre would easily come in upwards of $30 retail. not that Menetou is the 'affordable' version of any appellation–just the opposite. the saliva coaxing scent of roasted jalapeño, cilantro, salt and lime just begs for a ceviche or fluke carpaccio.

Bonne surprise ou pas car on connaît la qualité des Menetou-Salon. En l'occurrence là c'est du blanc sec et fruité. Idéal pour les poissons ainsi que pour une Charlotte framboise chocolat. J'adore
