Phenomenally complex nose, displaying all the funk expected from such a great vintage. Unfortunately the tannins were starting to fall apart, too soon if I may say so drink up if you have a bottle!

Important reminder of what wine is for. Struggling to keep up with my CSA box (cabbage and beets), made borscht. Alone, this wine was bit tart and shrill. Sang with the soup.
