It is strangely a good wine to drink. I did not particularly liked the nose of it. Had it with a lamb dish in Raleigh NC

The nose is old world. The palate is new world. Black fruits, raisins, cloves and spice fill the nose. Medium tannins, acid, and body developed after an hour out of the bottle. Silky mouthfeel. Notes of blackberry, blueberry, strawberry and spice on the elegant and complex palate. The finish its tangy and moderate in length. Very nice, sophisticated red.

Feb 7th, 2016Complexity on the nose. It hits like a new world wine on the tounge. Blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and tobacco notes with medium grain tannins and mild acidity that developed after an hour or so.
