Subtle, soft, and minerally

Light, crisp acid with a little lime roundness. Suits Crete!

Got at WineThing’24, but this is a ‘22 vintage. Dry with hints of lemon and/or white grapefruit. Very nice and it went well with hummus.

Light hay color. Very light nose. Much more lime than lemon.

Taste like summer by the sea. From Bottle Shop, Joshua Tree.

So smooth, not a ton of flavor but really easy drinking

Sharp acidity, citrus and green apple hints, with underlying minerality.
