Rough Capri sun like tropical on the nose and very disjointed needs a long decant. Day 2 the citrus and minerals emerged, bury these for 4-5 years but balance seems off in this particular vintage

Lots of tropical fruit on the nose, crisp, acidic. Excellent.

From Ets Martin, 2028 on 2/5/2022 with trout. Light straw color. More body than most Sancerre. Acid fine for me, but not for L. Stone fruit, lychee/chalk, green melon, woodiness?

From Ets Martin 2018 on 12/19/2021. Excellent winter white. Peach up front; blanched almonds — no macadamia— mid palate, and celery finish. Laura points out high alcohol for a white, in order to get around certain tariffs. Don’t taste the hotness of high alcohol, however. It does go to one’s head.
