This shows lovely lemon zest, some minerality, good acidity, this tastes so much more youthful than I would have expected, medium-long finish, quite good still!!

Feb 6th, 2025Initially some SO2 that seems to be dissipating quickly, minerals and chalk notes over medium-bodied fruit, medium-long finish with plenty of acidity still, really a fine 1er Cru Chablis!!
