Needed a least half an hour to open up. At the end of the dinner it still wasn't done unfolding, but at least already showed a more lovable side. Luckily there is half a bottle left so I can give it a re-check.

Needed some time to open up and let its earthy, manure feel soften. Red fruits and mushroom came out, kept developing with drinking. Delicious

Aromas of dried plum, port, drier fruit, liquorice. Tastes completely different - tart cherries, high on acid.
