Awesome Breaking Bad parcel Alsatian Riesling. So very versatile -- worked with everything from lamb to raw fish. Maybe in spite of the high alcohol that got me hammered for lunch and the tiniest band aid aroma that I always get on Alsatian Riesling, this wine is inspiring me to open my heart to Alsatian Riesling ....the minerality only poked out after an hour open in a carafe.
