2nd wine not bad for my first red in Dijon.
Maybe better in 2-3 years

A green pepper /nutmeg nose . Still a carbonation. I hated it. Peppery flavor with a hint of cherry on the finish then vinegar . Full of flavor very spicy. Just not a fan. I wish I was.
