Gevrey-Chambertin Pinot Noir

Bright red fruit but very approachable. Also some nice savory notes, for 2013 happy to be drinking this now.

Deep violet, blueberry aroma. And oak. Juicy, balanced acidity, tanning and spiciness. Plum. First sip is quite nice, but off course, just 3 years, need to wait for minutes I can’t wait. But fat beef is too strong to match with this. Next day, much better, vanilla, smooth. 2019 @1980, domaine -, 220520-220705
