Bouquet begins with spicy, baked cherries and fresh blackberries, with heavy undertones of portobello mushrooms and fresh meat. Bright on the tongue with cranberries, slight pepper and cinnamon, mellowing into pomegranate and orange oil, and ending with braised meat and grapefruit pith on the side.
