Light nose of yellow apples, overripe citrus fruits, white tea and Indian spices.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with light citrus, apples, overripe lemons, pears, light earth, light apricots, spices, light nuts, light oak, sea salt, hay and herbs.
Nice finish with limes and light almonds.
This 5-year-old Roussanne from Israel is still drinking nicely. Lost a lot of the fruits, but gained complexity in return.
