Syrah Blend
Top Notes For
"Odedi"

This is a very tasty Syrah from Israel. Showing black fruits with earth, wood, tobacco, chocolates, cloves, coffee, light vegetables and peppercorn.

Full bodied with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with nice complexity and mouthfeel.

Shows like a Northern Rhone Syrah.

Needs a couple of hours to open up properly, and show the complexity. If you have the patience, 4 hours would be better.

Still young and would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.

I paired it with cheeses and crackers.

14% alcohol by volume. Kosher.

91 points.

$60.

Good fruit but excessive oak - too unbalanced.
