A little different than Santorini. Good minerality and acid, but some richness and weight. I would compare this to good Chardonnay.

Chablis + Sancerre + Pinot Gris? Body, minerality, little tang and acid and deep funky gold color. Could have eaten a shrimp scampi and drank this for HOURS .... (And did) ....
