Youthful color verging on green gold tinge. Brilliant old apples, hay, cider-y nose. Very concentrated at the center of the palette. Laser focused. A touch of creme brulee in the back end, still firm acids and ling mineral finish. Deeeeelightful

Crushed rocks, fresh cut herb, lemon, chalk. Except for the herb, textbook Chablis nose. The palate is well balanced with a sheer acid backbone and some mineral and fruity layers on the sides. Good grip but overall rather round and smooth. Almost premier cru in its mouth feel. Quick finish with lemon, very fresh. Good chablis village!

Pretty nice little gig here. Not my fav but not something I'd pour out either. Pineapple, green apple but all appear reserved in the overall picture.
