Huge minerality, lees contact, lemon lime, grassy/hay on the nose. Crushed rocks, med + acidity, baked apple and a bit of nuts.

2011 Chablis, perfectly aged and paired with scallops, lobster, crab.

Exceptional for $35. Enjoyed 7/3/16. Village that drank like a Premier Cru. Wonderful minerality.

70 year old vines, clay soil. A perfect and classic Chablis. All natural fermentation takes 5 months, the patience and craftsmanship are evident. I'm buying a case, 'nuf said!

Easily mistaken for a puligny Montrachet. The richness even for the '11 vi tags would indicate this is part of the modern Chablis style

Better on day 2...lemon and chalk...medium weight. Enjoyable
