Terre Blanche St. Joseph Syrah

Sleeper of a wine. Still relatively unknown. Black olive, licorice, huckleberry.

Perfumed nose of blackberry violet and crushed dark earth. Loamy too but not overpowering. Surprisingly lithe and smooth for a relatively young northern Rhone. Great match for both bouillabaisse and chicken
