A perennial favorite and can be poped and poured with some bottle age. Dark fruit, bacon, pepper and spices. Robust fruit on the palate but balanced finish. Hard to stop drinking.

Blackberry, candied Cherry and black pepper. Delicious wine that is in perfect balance at the moment but soon on the downside. Had with braised rabbit and was perfect. Fun to drink and consistent over two hours of aeration.

Perfumed nose of blackberry violet and crushed dark earth. Loamy too but not overpowering. Surprisingly lithe and smooth for a relatively young northern Rhone. Great match for both bouillabaisse and chicken
